Mountain Home with Theater Room, Pool Table & Resort Access

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

• This home is located in the exclusive gated community of Yonahlossee.
• The garage may be accessed through the laundry room.
• Please note that while the home has an elevator, it is not available for guest use.

Policies and Rules

• This home is not pet friendly. No pets are allowed.
• No smoking inside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• Minimum age: 25 years. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• Children allowed.
• No events allowed. Events with vendors or large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violators will be evicted from the property with no refund.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise at a reasonable level.
• There is a strict outside noise ordinance at 10:00pm daily per the neighborhood. All guests are expected to keep conversations at normal levels and not play music outside after 10:00pm. Violators will be evicted without refund.

Fees and Payments

• Firewood may be added by reaching out more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus tax.
• Yonahlossee Resort amenities access: Guests must pay a $10 per day per person base fee for pool, gym, and game room. If more than 3 people, the base fee is $25 for club use. To access outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, the fee is an additional $10 per person; for indoor tennis and pickleball courts, the fee is $20 per person.

Parking Information

• This home has a paved driveway, and there is a 3 car garage. 5 vehicle limit.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• Air conditioning is provided on the bottom-most and upper-most floors only. The main level and level directly below have mini-split air conditioning in the kitchen and pool table areas only.
• The kitchen is stocked with cooking basics and utensils.
• A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are enough for one or two nights.
• Towels and linens are provided.
• Yonahlossee Resort amenities include access to a community indoor heated 25-yard lap pool, full fitness facility, game room with ping-pong table, pool table, foosball, and a wine and beer bar with fireplace, soft seating, sand shuffleboard, and darts. Information is inside the property for accessing these facilities.
• High-speed internet is available.
• Washer and dryer available.
• Free parking available.
• BBQ grill, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and pool table are included amenities.
• Hot tub available.
• Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector present.

Safety and Emergency Information

• This home is equipped with devices that monitor the environment inside the property and outside on the deck (including noise levels, temperature, and motion). There is one exterior security camera pointed at the driveway.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov–March). Travelers should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may also be required in snow. No refunds or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
• Bookings canceled between 31–59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
• Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
• All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
